Decent paper towels, but delivery was a headache

Anyone else try Cloud Paper? I finally decided to give them a shot and ordered a 12-roll paper towel pack. The paper itself is really good – strong and absorbent, and I love that they're plastic-free. It's tough to find good sustainable options, and these definitely fit the bill. The rolls are a decent size too, though I couldn't find exactly how many sheets are on each one on the product page. My main issue was with the delivery; it took almost two weeks to get here, which was a bit frustrating when I was running low. I'd consider reordering, but that shipping time was a real bummer. 😒

Love this bamboo toilet paper!

Just received my 48-roll toilet paper box and it's fantastic! The rolls are soft and strong, and I love that it's all tree-free bamboo. The packaging was also completely plastic-free, which is a huge plus for me. I'm telling everyone I know about Cloud Paper!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third time ordering from Cloud Paper, and they've been consistently reliable. I usually get the bulk bamboo toilet paper. Each order has arrived on time, and the quality of the toilet paper hasn't changed. It's soft, durable, and I appreciate not having to worry about running out. That consistency is why I keep coming back instead of trying other brands.

Decent product, minor shipping delay

I purchased the starter box to try out their products. The bamboo toilet paper and paper towels are both good, they hold up well. The overall value was decent for what you get. My only minor gripe was that the delivery took 8 days to get to my address in Florida, which was a bit longer than I expected. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note if you're in a rush. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the status.

Good value for bamboo TP

I was looking for a more eco-friendly toilet paper and Cloud Paper caught my eye. The 24-roll box was a good price point, especially with the first order discount I found. It felt like a solid investment for something sustainable. Definitely worth what I paid.

Smooth order, good quality

I ordered the 12-roll paper towel pack along with a 24-roll toilet paper box. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and I got an email confirmation right away. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in California, which was within their estimated window. The paper towels are surprisingly absorbent for bamboo, and the toilet paper is soft enough without feeling flimsy. I had a quick question about my subscription settings and their customer service responded to my email within a day. Overall, a very positive experience with both product quality and service.
